Executive Chef Bill
Bill is 46 years old. He moved to Tahoe from Miami in 2001 after one year on Catalina Island as Executive Chef. Bill was previously a sous chef at Kalani's in South Lake Tahoe as well as AGM of the Hard Rock Cafe and GM of The Brewery Lake Tahoe. Bill is a firm believer that freshness is the number one key to quality of his food. Soups, salads and specials are prepared daily. In Bill's off time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 year old daughter; skiing; scuba diving and riding his Harley!
